Ballard · Seattle
Membership by application
A private training studio in Ballard. Four members per coach. By appointment. We write your plan. Apply. We read every one.
The Studio
Anchor 50 · 50 minutes. Strength training. Coached. Four members to a coach. The heavy work that holds the body together as you get older.
Anchor 45 · 45 minutes. Conditioning. Coached. Four members to a coach. The work that keeps your stamina up.
Sleep, food, movement, stress. The plan covers what happens between sessions, not just inside them.
Show up. Three sessions a week. Every week. Same room. Your plan follows you.
The Path
Four steps. No drop-ins. The Studio Visit is when we both decide if Anchor is the right fit.
01 · Apply
Name, contact, and what you want to work on. We read every one. Response inside one business day.
02 · Studio Visit
Tour the studio. Sit down with a coach. Figure out what you want to train for. The visit ends with a short workout.
03 · Assessment
A short test of how you move. By the end, we know where you need work.
04 · On-Ramp
Real sessions from day one. No easing in. After two weeks, we have a read on how you move. You have a feel for how we train.
The Assessment
The assessment is a short movement check at the end of the Studio Visit. We watch how you move under fatigue. The output is a clear read on what you have built and what still needs work. Your track follows from there.
Every track opens with a two-week on-ramp. Two weeks of real sessions, on the track the assessment picked. Full work from day one. No easing in.
01 · Foundations
For the body that needs rebuilding.
Two-week on-ramp
Foundations comes before full membership. We rebuild patterns and capacity before adding heavy load. Eight to twelve weeks. Your plan follows you. You move into Small Group Personal Training when you are ready.
02 · Hybrid
For the trained body that needs structure.
Two-week on-ramp
You already know how to train. What you are missing is the room and a coach who knows your plan. Stop drifting. Train with structure.
03 · SGPT
For the body that is ready.
Two-week on-ramp
Small Group Personal Training. Anchor 50 and Anchor 45 on the same membership. Four members per coach. Two members share each piece of equipment. Four people training side by side, each on their own plan.
