02

Condition.

Anchor 45 · 45 minutes. Conditioning. Coached. Four members to a coach. The work that keeps your stamina up.

03

Recover.

Sleep, food, movement, stress. The plan covers what happens between sessions, not just inside them.

04

Repeat.

Show up. Three sessions a week. Every week. Same room. Your plan follows you.

The Path

By appointment

Tour the studio. Sit down with a coach. Figure out what you want to train for. The visit ends with a short workout.

In person

A short test of how you move. By the end, we know where you need work.

04 · On-Ramp

Two weeks.

The trial · the on-ramp

Real sessions from day one. No easing in. After two weeks, we have a read on how you move. You have a feel for how we train.

The Assessment

One movement check.
Three paths.

The assessment is a short movement check at the end of the Studio Visit. We watch how you move under fatigue. The output is a clear read on what you have built and what still needs work. Your track follows from there.

— Two-Week On-Ramp

Every track opens with a two-week on-ramp. Two weeks of real sessions, on the track the assessment picked. Full work from day one. No easing in.

Two-week on-ramp

FAQ

Common
questions.

How do I become a member?

Membership is by application. Apply online, visit the studio for a thirty-minute consult and movement check, get placed in one of three tracks (Foundations, Hybrid, or SGPT), and complete a two-week on-ramp. Then full membership begins.

How much does it cost?

Standard Anchor Membership is $595 per month for three coached sessions a week (two strength, one aerobic). The Bedrock (First 30 founding members) pricing is discussed on a short consult call.

How often should I train?

Three sessions a week is the prescription. Two strength (Anchor 50) and one aerobic (Anchor 45). Pick one day from each pair. Sunday is for recovery. What you do on the other four days is part of the plan too.

What days are sessions?

Strength sessions run Monday through Thursday. Aerobic sessions run Friday and Saturday. Sunday is closed for recovery.

What is the coach-to-member ratio?

Four members per coach. Two members share each piece of equipment. Your plan follows you from day one.

What if I miss a session or a week?

Life happens. Missed sessions are part of the rhythm, not a failure. The plan accounts for the four uncoached days in your week, so a missed session means we adjust, not start over.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes. Submit the hold request form with a start date and a resume date. You hear back within one business day. Travel, injury, schedule, or anything in life that requires a pause.

How do I cancel my membership?

Submit the cancellation form. You hear back within one business day. The membership stays active until we confirm the cancellation in writing.

Where is the studio?
