Membership Hold

Hold policy

Once every 16 weeks. One hold per 16-week period.
7 to 28 days. Shorter is not a hold, longer is a cancellation.
Effective next Monday. Requests submitted today start the following Monday.
$25 fee if your hold runs longer than 7 days.
Billing resumes automatically the day your hold ends.
To cancel during a hold: end the hold first, then submit a cancellation.

What is the reason for the hold?

I have read the hold policy. I accept that my membership resumes automatically on the resume date and that a $25 fee applies if the hold runs longer than 7 days.

What happens next. You will hear back within one business day to confirm the start and resume dates. The hold takes effect on the agreed start date. Billing resumes automatically the day the hold ends.
