Anchor runs one thing. Small-group personal training, four to one. That is the studio. That is the membership.
The program
Four members. One coach. Three sessions a week. A mix of Anchor 50 strength and Anchor 45 aerobic, on a schedule you keep. The focus of one-on-one coaching, with the steadiness of a room you know.
What we do not offer
We run one program because the work is the work. The room is calm because the offering is narrow.
Membership only. We schedule you in.
Every session is coached. Always 4-to-1.
One membership. One price. No add-ons.
Membership is by application. A short form, then a Studio Visit. Placement happens that day.
