Small-Group
Personal Training

Four members. One coach. Three sessions a week. A mix of Anchor 50 strength and Anchor 45 aerobic, on a schedule you keep. The focus of one-on-one coaching, with the steadiness of a room you know.

  • 4-to-1 ratio. Never more.
  • Standing slot. Same coach, same time.
  • 50-min strength + 45-min aerobic
  • Studio Visit places you on the schedule.
  • 12 sessions / month. Three a week.
  • Loaded for you. Scaled to where you are.
