A private studio in Ballard. Four members per session with one coach. Strength and aerobic, on a weekly schedule you keep.
The model
Not a class. Not a one-off. A standing membership with the focus of one-on-one coaching and the steadiness of a room you know.
Membership is by application. A short form, two minutes. We read every one.
Thirty minutes, in person, with a short movement check at the end. Placement happens that day.
Three sessions a week. A mix of Anchor 50 strength and Anchor 45 aerobic, on a schedule we set with you.
Standing slot. Same coach. Same time. Progress shows up because the calendar does.
The sessions
Strength sessions and aerobic sessions. Coached at the same four-to-one ratio. Same studio, same coach, same membership.
Strength
50 minutes · 4 to 1 · coached
Compound lifts, accessory work, and the boring repetition that builds muscle and protects joints. Loaded by the coach, scaled to the person.
Aerobic
45 minutes · 4 to 1 · coached
Bike, sled, conditioning circuits. Built so that effort lands in the zones that actually change your engine. Not punishment, prescription.
The room
A 1,500 square foot ground floor studio. Clean, well-kept, never crowded. Eight people on the floor at peak.
Pricing
Three sessions a week, paid monthly. No add-ons. No tiers underneath. Pricing is the same whether the week is heavy on strength, aerobic, or a mix.
Locked rate for founding members. The price you join at stays your price.
Same membership, post-founding. The standing rate for new members after founding spots fill.
A short application, then a Studio Visit. We confirm dates and placement on the day.
